• Bouquet: pleasantly intense with scents of ripe cherry, plum jam and spicy notes.
• Taste: full and full bodied, soft and enveloping, intense but soft tannins.

Serving temperature: 18 – 20°C

Serving suggestion: Excellent with first and second courses based on game, with boiled and braised meats. We recommend it with wild boar stew
