VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Garganega grapes grown near the town of Gambellara, in hilly vineyards at intermediate altitude (200-300m) with a favourable sun exposition and good temperature excursion on a soil of a volcanic origin.

VINIFICATION
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. The first fermentation under controlled temperature in steel tanks at 16°-18°C, the sparkling process is in steel autoclaves at low temperatures and selected yeasts, according to the Charmat Method.

CHARACTERISTICS
• Colour: intense gold yellow;
• Bubbles: fine and persistent;
• Bouquet: fine and characteristic with notes of wild dried flowers and tropical fruit, raisins and honey. Pleasant bitter almond after taste, typical of the variety;
• Taste: very good freshness and smoothness.

FOOD MATCHES
Ideal with creamy pastry, biscuits and the traditional baked cakes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 6°-8°C.
