VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Pinot Bianco grapes grown in hilly vineyards.
The soil is calcareous – argillaceous.

VINIFICATION
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel thanks at 16°-18°C with refinement on the yeasts for 3 months.

Serve at 8°-10°C.
