VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Merlot grapes grown in hilly vineyards. The soil is calcareous – argillaceous.

VINIFICATION
Red vinification. The grapes are destemmed, then follows the maceration and a soft pressing.
Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel thanks at 18°-20°C with refinement on the yeasts for 4 months.

CHARACTERISTICS
• Colour: intense ruby red,
• Bouquet: pleasant red flowers notes, small berries, herbaceous and vegetal hints, typical of the variety;
• Taste: dry, fresh, with a very good body and with gentle tannins.

FOOD MATCHES
Ideal for first main courses with meat sauce, roasted and grilled meat, cheese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 16°-18°C.
