VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Garganega grapes grown near Gambellara town, in hilly vineyards at intermediate altitude (100-200m). The soil is basaltic.

VINIFICATION
White vinification. The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel thanks at 16°-18°C with refinement on the yeasts for 3 months.

CHARACTERISTICS
• Colour: intense straw yellow;
• Bouquet: fine and characteristic with notes of wild flowers and fresh fruit;
• Taste: dry, very good flavour and typical mineral notes due to the volcanic origin of the soil.

FOOD MATCHES
Perfect as aperitif, this wine is recommended with first courses, fish, white meats and light cheese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
Serve at 8°-10°C.
