VINEYARDS
Wine obtained from Cabernet grapes grown in the heart of Veneto regione. Vineyards are located on hills with volcanic soil.

VINIFICATION
Red vinification. The grapes are destemmed, then follows the maceration and a soft pressing. Fermentation under controlled temperature in steel tanks at 18°-20°C.

CHARACTERISTICS
